The International Space Olympiad (ISO) Online Exam is conducted in three progressive levels: Preliminary, Intermediate, and Final. Candidates must qualify each round to move on to the next stage.
The exam is conducted exclusively online and is accessible only through SMARTPHONES to ensure exam security and fairness. Laptops, desktops, and emulator-based devices are strictly prohibited.

Your exam time slot will be published on the official website three (3) days before the exam. Candidates must attend the exam at their assigned time.
⚠️ Missing your slot will result in disqualification. No rescheduling or refunds will be allowed.

30 multiple-choice questions based on ISO syllabus
Duration: 10 minutes
Scoring:
✅ Correct Answer: +1 mark
❌ Incorrect Answer: –0.25 mark
⚪ Unattended Question: 0 mark
➤ Exam Access
Login details will be shared by the ISO examiner via a call to your registered mobile number just before your scheduled time. No prior credentials are needed.
➤ Device & Equipment Rules
ONLY Smartphones are allowed for attending the exam
A functional front-facing camera and earphones are mandatory
Use of laptops, desktops, or emulator apps is strictly prohibited
In case of a tie in the ISO Final Examination results, weightage marks from the pre-selected weightage questions will be considered to determine the final ranking. If the tie still persists, an additional tie-breaker exam will be conducted.
After the ISO Final Examination, a viva based on the exam questions may be conducted for random participants to ensure authenticity and rule out any malpractice.
ISO enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy on malpractice. Any violation will result in immediate disqualification and permanent ban from ISO events.
Exams are live-monitored via video and audio
Any suspicious activity (e.g., background noise, shifting gaze, or leaving the screen) will be considered malpractice
Using any device other than a smartphone
Switching apps or screens during the exam
Taking screenshots, screen recordings, or photos of the exam
Receiving any form of external help
More than one person appearing in the camera frame
Using unauthorized software, browser extensions, or cheating tools
Immediate disqualification from the current and future ISO exams
Permanent ban from all ISO participation
No refund under any circumstances
Notification to school/guardian if necessary
