Please note that your candidature for the International Space Olympiad (ISO) Examination is purely provisional. At any stage of verification, if it is found that a participant does not meet the prescribed eligibility criteria, has furnished false or misleading information, or is involved in any form of malpractice or unfair means, their candidature shall be liable for disqualification, any prizes or awards (if issued) shall be withdrawn, and the candidate may be held responsible for damages or losses arising therefrom.
In the event of a tie in the Final Level Examination, a Tie-Breaker Examination shall be conducted only for determining the First Rank (Top Position), if two or more candidates secure equal scores for the top rank.
The candidate securing the highest score in the Tie-Breaker Examination shall be declared the First Rank holder, and the remaining candidate(s) involved in the tie shall be placed in the subsequent rank(s) accordingly. No further tie-breaker examinations shall be conducted beyond the First Rank.
Further, if at any stage there is suspicion or indication of malpractice, unfair means, impersonation, or irregularity, the Examination Authority reserves the absolute right to conduct a verbal interview (viva voce) to assess the academic knowledge and subject competency of the concerned candidate. Where deemed necessary, a separate verification examination may also be conducted.
The decision to conduct a tie-breaker examination, verbal interview, additional verification test, or to take any consequential action shall rest solely with the Examination Panel / Jury. Such decisions shall be final and binding, and no claims, objections, or appeals shall be entertained under any circumstances.
